Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website. I am Dr. Jasmón L. Bailey, a Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Maryland. My research interests draw upon an interdisciplinary and intersectional approach to the study of race and racism in the United States. I am specifically interested in how stereotypical perceptions of race and gender influence team formation via partner selection processes.
